Outbacked is more than a set of modules. Alongside the programs, we're building a podcast, industry networking events and a steady stream of updates, all centred on the same idea: real-world learning from people who have actually done it.
The Outbacked Podcast
The media side of Outbacked. Honest conversations with operators, founders, leaders, professionals and alumni about the things people usually only learn by living through them.
No highlight reels or overnight-success stories. Just practical lessons on money, work, business, leadership and the decisions that shape a career and a life beyond formal education.

Networking events
We're developing practical rooms where young people can meet experienced people across different fields. The aim is access, not a careers fair: smaller, focused events organised around an industry, so a conversation can actually go somewhere.
